LIM06yB-GL is a series of ultra-compact LPWA modules with an integrated GNSS engine that supports LTE Cat M1 and LTE Cat NB1/NB2* bands. It is fully compliant with the 3GPP E-UTRA Release 13/14* specification and offers a global carrier band portfolio. The series features a MIPS 5150 processor and ultra-low power consumption by utilizing integrated RAM and flash memory to achieve extremely low current consumption in a variety of standby/sleep modes including 3GPP PSM and eDRX. The LIM06yB-GL also contains a GNSS and cellular-based positioning engine that supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS. LIM06yB-GL also has a comprehensive hardware-based security feature - Integrated Security Element (ISE). With an ultra-compact SMT size of 23.6mm ×19.9mm × 2.2mm and a high level of integration, the LIM06yB-GL series enables integrators and developers to easily design applications using its low power consumption and compact construction. LIM06yB-GL's advanced LGA package enables fully automated manufacturing for large-scale applications. Rich Internet protocols, industry standard interfaces and rich features enable the series to serve a wide range of iot applications, such as wireless POS, smart metering, tracking, wearable devices and more.
